Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders via online shop?

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

How do I pay for my bulk order?

We issue official EU invoice and you can pay via your bank. You will pay to our company account, based in Spain to Spanish bank.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Some orders (for example, with logos placed on stoles) can not be canceled, as logos can not be detached.

But if you want to cancel another type order, please feel free to write us via WhatsApp or on mail. We will help you to do this.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How do we proceed orders with logos?

After we receive your order with logo, we make a mockup design to show you how it will look on final product. It is important , because we have to be sure that you will like it. Afterwards, we launch production. If your logo is of bad quality we will fix it and enhance it for you free of charge.

What is graduation day and why it is important?

It is important for us to know when your ceremony will be held. Our credo is to provide our products right on time! That is why we ask for this information.

Why do some products have such long production times?

Everything is connected with our price policy. We want our products to be affordable. In order to do so we can't have huge stock of products, because it will require big warehouse to store it. Besides we care about quality as well and cardboard cap requires specific storage conditions. That is why we have some quantity of sets in stock, but we are always ready to launch production right away. We are not buying products from China and resell it, like 95% of companies in EU. That is why we can supply pretty fast. Anyway we have to be careful mentioning real deadlines and цe insure ourselves by specifying longer deadlines.

Do you make custom designs?

Yes, we do make them and we are glad if you ask us for it. The only limitation is minimum order quantity, which depending on difficulty can range from 10 to 50 pieces.

How do you ship bulk orders?

We are looking for best available solutions for shipping within EU and not only. So depending on final cargo weight and volume we search for best offers on market to deliver you quickly and safely.
